Pacific Gold medallist Hansel McCaig delivered an impressive performance at the World Aquatics Swimming Championships held in Budapest, where he secured fifth place in his heat for the 100m Individual Medley.
Notably, McCaig achieved a personal best time of 50.47 seconds, which also marked a new national record for Fiji. His remarkable reaction time of 0.58 seconds off the blocks played a significant role in distinguishing him from his competitors.
