The Ministry of Education has announced the provisional results for the Fiji Year 13 Certificate Examination, revealing an impressive national pass rate of 95 percent. Education Minister Aseri Radrodro shared that 8,646 students participated in the FY13CE this year, reflecting an increase in enrollment compared to the previous year.
This year’s pass rate marks a significant improvement from 89 percent in 2024, showcasing the dedication and effort of students. Minister Radrodro commended all the successful candidates, noting that their achievements are a testament to their hard work throughout the academic year.
Highlighting the success of educational institutions, Radrodro pointed out that 50 secondary schools attained a 100 percent pass rate, a remarkable jump from just 10 schools achieving the same last year. This positive trend demonstrates the collective commitment of school heads, teachers, and parents in fostering an environment conducive to student success.
In a final note, students who wish to request a recount or remark of their exam results have a window of 30 days to do so, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to seek clarification on their performance. This year’s results not only showcase individual achievements but also underline the collective efforts being made within the education system in Fiji to elevate academic standards and support students.
