The forecast leading up to midnight tonight suggests persistent cloudy periods accompanied by showers over several regions, including western and eastern Viti Levu, specifically Nadi–Lautoka–Ba, Sigatoka, the Coral Coast, as well as Serua–Namosi, Navua–Suva–Nausori, Tailevu–Naitasiri–Ra–Rakiraki, Cakaudrove, and southern Bua. Similar weather conditions are anticipated for the Lau and Lomaiviti groups, as well as Kadavu and several nearby smaller islands.
Authorities have issued warnings regarding the potential for localized heavy rainfall, which may lead to flash flooding in low-lying and flood-prone areas.
