The Fijian Elections Office (FEO) has announced that eight new political parties are currently considering registering for the 2026 General Election. Supervisor of Elections Ana Mataiciwa stated that these parties are in the preliminary stages of the registration process, having expressed interest in laying the groundwork to formally apply for recognition.
