Penaia Ramasirai of Marist Brothers High School thrilled supporters this afternoon by clinching gold in the senior boys’ 200-meter event, achieving a remarkable time of 22.03 seconds. Ramasirai’s triumph comes just a day after he secured victory in the coveted blue ribbon event, highlighting his impressive form on the track.

Ramasirai outperformed his closest competitor, Nathaniel Chand from Suva Grammar School, who finished second with a time of 22.59 seconds. Paula Vonolagi, also from SGS, completed the podium in third place clocking 22.82 seconds. The excitement continued as the crowd eagerly anticipated the upcoming 4x100m relay events scheduled for 2 PM.
