Current Weather Fracas: It seems like our good old pal, the easterly wind, is running the show across the islands. Meanwhile, a tardy trough, laden with clouds and showers, is flipping through its travel brochure of Fiji and plans to drop by from the north tomorrow.

Forecast Through to Midnight Tomorrow for the Fiji Ensemble:
Fasten your umbrella seatbelt, because there are cloudy intervals with fleeting showers forecasted for the Suva-Nausori-Tailevu area, Naitasiri, and parts of Macuata including Labasa-Nadogo, Namuka-Dogotuki. The show continues over parts of Cakaudrove province, Kadavu, and nearby islands, the Yasawa, Lau, and Lomaiviti groups. Tomorrow, prepare for more regular shower visits, with a side serving of isolated heavy rain and spontaneous bouts of thunder. Elsewhere, things look mainly fine, though you might encounter a few sneaky afternoon or evening showers.

Winds will tend to start their day easterly, and then take a leisurely swing to the northeast by later today. Seas are out for a moderate roll.

Expect moderate winds from the southeast, with seas that range from moderately moody to outright agitated.
