Charlie Sheen has made an intriguing revelation about former U.S. President Bill Clinton in his new memoir, “The Book of Sheen.” The actor recounts an instance from 1987 when he was filming “Three for the Road” in Arkansas alongside actors Alan Ruck and Kerri Green. During that time, Sheen and his co-stars were invited for a photo opportunity at the governor’s mansion, hosted by then-Governor Bill Clinton. Accompanying Sheen was Dolly Fox, his girlfriend at the time.

According to Sheen, Alan Ruck overheard Clinton expressing particular interest in Fox, who was referred to as “the brunette” in a private conversation. Sheen reflects on the incident with a sense of irony, drawing parallels between this early behavior and Clinton’s later infamous affair with Monica Lewinsky, which led to significant scandal and impeachment proceedings. This anecdote offers a glimpse into what Sheen describes as a “creepy” slice of history.

Sheen confessed that this incident stuck with him, even recounting it during his time in rehab when the Lewinsky scandal was unfolding. He humorously recalls telling fellow rehab occupants that he would someday “put it in a book” as his story met skepticism at the time. Sheen’s memoir sheds light on the experience, revealing mixed feelings of unease over the objectification of his girlfriend, who he says was ultimately flattered by the attention.

This reminiscence adds a peculiar personal perspective to early interactions with a figure who would later become a globally recognized political leader, illustrating Sheen’s unique vantage point on historical events. The memoir serves as a testament to the complex interplay between Hollywood and politics, as well as the personal narratives that often entwine with widely publicized historical moments.
