Pioneer Education Fiji is dedicated to fostering an inclusive learning environment, ensuring that every student enjoys meaningful educational experiences that facilitate participation, eliminate obstacles, and honor diversity.
Recently, the school held its graduation ceremony at Albert Park, celebrating this significant milestone for 24 students and their families. This event marked the conclusion of their educational journey at the learning center.
Malisha Chand, the school’s managing director, emphasized the importance of an inclusive educational approach, noting that 40 out of the school’s 103 students live with special needs. The graduation ceremony highlighted the school’s commitment to creating a supportive and empowering atmosphere for all students and the broader community.
Chand extended heartfelt congratulations to the graduates and their families, expressing her hopes for their future. “May their journeys ahead be filled with success and inspiration,” she stated.
The ceremony was graced by notable guests including Anushil Kumar, general manager of operations at the Fiji Football Association, and Monisha Naidu Kumar, a senior legal officer at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. Their attendance added a special touch to the celebration and underscored the spirit of community and solidarity that Pioneer Education Fiji champions.
This graduation ceremony not only celebrates the academic achievements of the students but also serves as a beacon of hope and encouragement for inclusivity and support in education.
The achievements of these graduates are a reminder of the potential that exists when education is accessible and considerate of all students’ needs, paving the way for a more inclusive society.
