The Fiji National University (FNU) is poised to celebrate the graduation of thousands of students from its various colleges and centers nationwide today at the Vodafone Arena in Suva. This momentous three-day ceremony will honor graduates from multiple campuses of the university.

The festivities will unfold over three days. The first day will recognize graduates from the College of Business, Hospitality and Tourism Studies, as well as the College of Humanities and Education. The second day will be dedicated to the graduates of the College of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences. Finally, the third day will focus on graduates from the College of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, College of Engineering and Technical, Vocational Education and Training, the Pacific Centre for Maritime Studies, and the National Training and Productivity Centre.

Professor Unaisi Nabobo-Baba, FNU’s vice-chancellor, shared her pride in the graduating class, stating, “This is a significant milestone for our students, and we are incredibly proud of their achievements. Our graduates are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to make meaningful contributions to Fiji and beyond. They will be the leaders, innovators, and change-makers of tomorrow.”

The graduation ceremony serves as a celebration not just for the graduates, but also for their families, friends, and the entire FNU community. Their accomplishments symbolize the university’s commitment to providing a world-class education and fostering excellence across all fields of study.

This event represents a hopeful sign of growth and progress for both the graduates and Fiji as a whole, as the newly minted alumni step into their roles as future leaders and contributors to their communities and the nation.
