Fiji has secured its spot in the final of the 2024 OFC Women’s Futsal Nations Cup after defeating the Solomon Islands, the host nation, with a score of 6-2 in their final match today in Honiara.
Koleta Likuculacula significantly contributed to the victory, scoring two goals, while Sofi Diyalowai, Cema Nasau, Sisilia Kuladina, and Aliza Hussein each netted one goal.
Fiji is now set to face New Zealand in the final match on Sunday. New Zealand advanced to the final by convincingly defeating Tahiti 6-1 in their last match earlier today.
