Leadership Fiji has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Genera Pacific Pte Ltd, marking the beginning of a significant partnership focused on enhanced service offerings that include quarterly pest control treatments, monthly sanitary bin services, and monthly air freshener dispenser maintenance.

Sharyne Fong, the chief executive officer of Leadership Fiji, highlighted that this alliance emphasizes Genera Pacific’s dedication to bolstering leadership development initiatives in the country. She expressed enthusiasm over their collaboration, particularly noting that Mohammed Aiyaz, the general manager of Genera Pacific, is an alumnus of the 2022 Leadership Fiji program.

He reflected on his experience as a participant in the 2022 program, acknowledging the profound effect that Leadership Fiji has had on communities, which is further demonstrated through this commitment.

The partnership is expected to span three years, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028. Both organizations view their collaboration as a crucial step towards enhancing leadership effectiveness in Fiji, empowering future leaders with the skills necessary to navigate upcoming challenges. This initiative underscores a hopeful outlook for sustained community development and leadership advancement in the region.
