In recent developments from the High Court in Lautoka, the tense dynamics among the accused in a high-profile methamphetamine trial have come to light. Louie Logaivau, the third defendant in the case, has made alarming allegations against his co-accused, Justin Ho. Logaivau testified that he was threatened by Ho to assist in the transportation of what he suspected to be drug containers, specifically mentioning threats directed at his family if he refused to comply.
During his court appearance, Logaivau described an incident in late December 2023, where he claimed Ho, whom he characterized as linked to organized crime, ordered him to move containers from an office space to a warehouse. His testimony included details of an environment filled with intimidation, asserting that he felt compelled to obey Ho’s commands out of fear for his sister’s safety following threats that were allegedly made about her.
