Shaneel Prakash, the owner of Arisha’s Indian Cuisine, is advocating for support for small businesses during the Hibiscus Carnival while also emphasizing the joy of the festival.

Having participated in various events across Viti Levu for the past three years, Prakash values his wife’s assistance in recouping the $2,000 stall fee by the approaching deadline.

This year, he is offering a selection of Indian dishes, BBQ, subs, and hotdogs, with the Indian cuisine being particularly well-received.

Looking ahead, Prakash is contemplating the addition of more items to the menu for future carnivals.

Favorable weather conditions have further boosted sales, drawing in a significant number of attendees.
