A passenger was admitted to Labasa Hospital after a vehicle he was in went off the road and crashed into a house in Buca, Savusavu, on Sunday morning. According to Superintendent of Police Eroni Soqosoqo, the driver and two passengers were initially taken to Savusavu Subdivisional Hospital following the accident. Fortunately, the driver and one passenger were treated and released, while another passenger required further medical attention and was transferred to Labasa Hospital.
Remarkably, there were no injuries reported from the occupants of the house involved in the incident. Police personnel responded promptly at the scene to provide assistance to those affected.
