In his professional journey, Dr. Naisele has held numerous influential roles, including classroom teacher, head of department, assistant principal, and senior education officer. He has been a valuable asset to the FHEC for over a decade, serving as Manager for Qualifications and Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, and Team Leader.

This appointment brings optimism, as Minister Radrodro highlighted that it is part of broader initiatives aimed at tackling challenges in the education system, paralleling efforts to enhance teacher competency and address pressing issues within Fiji’s educational landscape. The minister’s previous statements indicated a strong focus on improving literacy and numeracy levels and addressing teacher shortages, which aligns with Dr. Naisele’s extensive experience in the field.
