Extra Bula FC defender Semi Nabenu is optimistic about his burgeoning partnership with Scott Wara, believing it has significantly bolstered the team’s defensive framework as they prepare for the third circuit of the competition. Having featured prominently in nearly all matches this season, Nabenu highlights the effectiveness of their collaboration on the field.

“I think me and Scott gel quite well. Playing with Scott is definitely easy. He has a big presence at the back and it does help me a lot,” Nabenu said, emphasizing the positive impact Wara has had on his game.

While he is pleased with certain aspects of his performance, Nabenu acknowledges there is still room for growth, especially following the most recent match. “I think I performed alright in some games. I think the last game I could have done better and just bringing more energy to the team,” he admitted, showing a commitment to improvement.

As Bula FC looks ahead to the upcoming round, Nabenu notes that the squad is filled with motivation and determination to make significant progress. With confidence building in their defensive line and an upward trend in momentum, Bula FC is set on channeling this momentum into stronger performances in the weeks to come.

This Sunday, the team will face off against Vanuatu United at 2pm, with fans able to catch the action LIVE on FBC 2. The match promises to be an exciting opportunity for Bula FC to showcase their enhanced teamwork and defensive capabilities.
