A talented group of 20 young gymnasts will proudly represent Team Fiji at the 2025 Australian National Clubs Carnival in Aerobic Gymnastics, set to unfold on the Gold Coast next week. Under the guidance of Head Coach Josiemaraya Ryland and volunteer assistant Sai Vualili, these gymnasts, drawn from the Flight Club and AeroGym Fiji, range in age from 7 to 14.
Comprising 11 athletes from Flight Club and 9 from AeroGym Fiji, the team will compete across several levels, including Levels 3–5, AeroDance Division 1, and Youth International categories. Flights are scheduled for various days, with the first group departing tomorrow.
The dedication to nurturing young talent in Fiji is evident not just through this team’s participation at an international carnival, but also through the recent initiatives and showcases that have been organized within the country.
