In response to inquiries regarding a request for an urgent meeting from COI counsel assisting, Janet Mason, Rabuka clarified that he has not yet met with her. “I do not want to be seen as influencing any outcomes of the Commission of Inquiry. I want them to complete their work,” Rabuka stated, indicating his openness to discussions about extending the inquiry’s timeline or providing additional resources if needed, to keep the President informed.
