The storm will also impact Moce, Komo, Namuka-i-Lau, Kabara, Fulaga, and Ogea, where winds are projected to maintain speeds between 45km/h and 85km/h, with gusts between 80km/h and 120km/h today, tapering down to 55km/h with gusts up to 65km/h later.

Reflecting on the experiences from past weather events, like Tropical Disturbance 01F, community preparedness and solidarity are crucial. Residents are urged to secure their properties, gather emergency supplies, and stay updated through local channels. The challenges presented by Tropical Cyclone Rae highlight the importance of unity and collective action among communities, which have historically demonstrated resilience in the face of natural adversities.

While the storm poses significant threats, it also offers an opportunity for Fijians to bond and support one another during this critical time, reinforcing their communal strength and commitment to staying safe together.
