Colamoto was granted bail under several conditions, which include a $100 cash bail bond, the provision of two sureties, the surrender of all travel documents, a stop departure order, and an obligation to refrain from any further offenses or from contacting state witnesses while on bail.
He is scheduled to appear in the High Court in Suva on January 20, 2025, where he will receive court disclosures and enter his plea. Additionally, he has been afforded time to seek advice from a Legal Aid lawyer.
