Shaneel Prakash, the proprietor of Arisha’s Indian Cuisine, is advocating for the support of small businesses during the Hibiscus Carnival while celebrating the festive atmosphere.
With three years of experience in operating stalls at various events on Viti Levu, Prakash appreciates his wife’s assistance in recouping the $2,000 stall fee by Tuesday.
He features a variety of offerings, including Indian cuisine, BBQ, subs, and hotdogs, with Indian dishes being especially popular this year.
Prakash is contemplating expanding the menu for upcoming carnivals.
Favorable weather conditions have positively influenced sales, drawing in a larger customer base.
