The Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa recently donated $20,000 to Project Bula Mai, demonstrating its commitment to corporate social responsibility. The cheque handover took place on December 2, furthering the resort’s ongoing support of local initiatives.
Last weekend, Project Bula Mai organized a Style Fiji fashion show featuring nine local designers, with proceeds from the event adding to the generous donation. All funds raised will benefit the Fiji Cancer Society, the designated charity for Style Fiji this year.
Vincent Macquet, the area general manager of the resort, expressed pride in their long-standing association with Style Fiji, highlighting the remarkable work the organization has accomplished over the years.
