Waisale Serevi, the legendary maestro of rugby sevens, has expressed his admiration for the current performance of the Fiji Airways men’s 7s team under coach Osea Kolinisau. Serevi’s comments come as the team gears up for the HSBC Perth 7s tournament scheduled for January 24 to 26.
Having previously voiced concerns about the team’s struggles under former coach Ben Gollings, Serevi is now pleased to see a resurgence in the team’s fortunes. The Fijian side is poised to face a tough Pool C that includes rivals New Zealand, as well as teams from Kenya and Uruguay.
