The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua has announced the release of young centre Waqa Nalaga, also known as Epeli Waqaicece. The 21-year-old joined the Drua last year following his representation of the Fiji U20 team and a period playing in New Zealand. Nalaga is the son of former Flying Fijians winger Kavekini Nalaga and is related to ex-national player Napolioni Nalaga.
Recently, Nalaga was among four centres selected for the upcoming 2025 Super Rugby Pacific season.
