Police have identified three juveniles in connection with a concerning incident in Nabua, where a motorcyclist was involved in an accident after water was allegedly thrown at him. The event took place on the evening of January 14, 2025, along Sukanaivalu Road.
The youths, aged 15 and 13, are reported to have thrown water at the motorcyclist, resulting in him losing control of his bike, which veered off the road. Fortunately, the rider escaped without any injuries.
Authorities are proceeding with caution and have indicated that the juveniles will be brought in for questioning alongside their parents as the investigation unfolds. Police have reiterated the dangers of such reckless behavior and warned the public that throwing objects at moving vehicles poses a serious threat to motorists, pedestrians, and all road users.
