Fiji Water Flying Fijians captain Tevita Ikanivere expressed confidence in his team’s preparation for the Pacific Nations Cup Final against Japan. He emphasized that their optimism stems from the hard work and training completed during the week.
“I think the boys are feeling confident going into tomorrow’s game; that confidence comes from knowing that we have put in the work this week,” Ikanivere stated.
He underscored the necessity of maintaining focus and executing their game plan successfully. “We have received the message, we know what to do, and now we just need to come tomorrow and execute,” he added.
The eagerly awaited final between Fiji and Japan is scheduled to start at 10:07 PM on Saturday night.
