The upcoming Fiji Tourism Convention will prioritize discussions on the Tourism Act, aimed at fostering a thriving visitor economy. Organized by Tourism Fiji, the event is set to take place at the Sheraton Fiji Beach and Golf Resort on September 26-27.

The convention will explore the tourism regulatory landscape, including necessary reforms and standards, with the goal of establishing a robust legal framework that addresses current challenges. Additionally, participants will examine strategies to boost socio-economic growth, generate employment opportunities, and support local businesses and entrepreneurs.

Tickets for the two-day event are available at a standard price of $300, which includes meals and a cocktail reception.
