The South Pacific Senior Official Government Meeting has officially begun, with the Fiji Government in charge under the leadership of Meli Nacuva, the Permanent Secretary for Youth and Sports.
Attendees include Chief Executive Officers from various South Pacific nations, Permanent Secretaries, the Chairperson of the Pacific Youth Council, senior officials, government representatives, and youth representatives.
The meeting is co-chaired by Mahoney Mori, Chair of the Pacific Youth Council. The agenda focuses on addressing significant issues and challenges faced by youth in the Pacific region, fostering collaboration and cooperation among South Pacific countries.
This three-day event will wrap up on Thursday, August 15.
