Tragic Accident: Driver Charged in Death of 20-Year-Old in Lautoka

The Fiji Police Force has announced that the driver accused of causing the death of a 20-year-old man in a recent motor vehicle accident in Lautoka has been charged. The police revealed that the 30-year-old suspect was charged with one count of dangerous driving causing death and appeared in the Lautoka Magistrates Court yesterday. He has been remanded in custody, and his case has been postponed until September 30, 2024.
