Tour Managers Fiji Named in Tripadvisor 2026 Travellers’ Choice Top 10%

Tour Managers Fiji has been named among the world’s top travel experiences after Tripadvisor placed the company in the top 10 per cent of entries in its 2026 Travellers' Choice Awards, the tour operator announced on Monday. Managing director Damend Gounder said the recognition is the latest international endorsement of the company’s efforts to deliver a consistently high standard of service to visitors to Fiji.

Tripadvisor’s Travellers' Choice Awards are among the travel industry’s best-known consumer-driven accolades, and inclusion in the top 10 per cent signals that client reviews and experiences have placed Tour Managers Fiji in an elite bracket of operators worldwide. Mr Gounder said the ranking was earned through “the stories and feedback shared by the company’s clients throughout the year,” and that reading those accounts has reinforced the team’s commitment to the “Fiji Way” of hospitality.

The company highlighted a range of services that contributed to the nomination, from personalised airport welcomes and seamless ground transfers to guided island tours and on-the-ground support during guests’ stays. “The services range from welcoming tourists personally at the airport, ground transfers to guided tours during their stay in Fiji,” Mr Gounder said, adding the award is a tribute to “the hard work of the entire team at Tour Managers Fiji and the trust that the international customers have in the company.”

Tour Managers Fiji said the Tripadvisor accolade will sit alongside other industry awards the firm has collected in recent years, reinforcing its position among Fiji’s prominent tourism operators. Mr Gounder described the Travellers' Choice listing as “a stamp of approval from the international travel community,” saying it demonstrates the satisfaction of overseas guests and gives prospective visitors greater confidence when planning holidays to Fiji.

Industry observers say consumer-driven awards such as Tripadvisor’s increasingly influence booking decisions, particularly for travellers seeking verified peer feedback in a crowded market. For operators in the Pacific, international recognition can translate into greater visibility in key source markets and help support the wider tourism sector as it competes to attract high-value visitors.

Looking ahead, Tour Managers Fiji has pledged to use the award as motivation to maintain and lift service standards. “It also drives our commitment to excellence and providing the best service that we can to our clients from overseas,” Mr Gounder said, urging those planning visits to Fiji that “your award-winning Fijian escape is waiting.” The company said it will continue soliciting guest feedback and using those accounts to refine offerings and enhance visitor experiences across its tours and transfer services.
