Tailevu Naitasiri aims to enhance their goal-scoring prowess in the upcoming DFPL round 12 clash against Rewa this week.
Coach Priyant Mannu acknowledges that his team possesses depth and speed, yet minor mistakes have hindered their scoring chances, notably in their recent match against Ba.
“There were many missed opportunities in the game against Ba, so moving forward, we will focus on improving our finishing,” said Mannu.
Despite the departure of two experienced players during the transfer window, Mannu remains optimistic about the younger players stepping up.
“We lost two seasoned players from our squad in the transfer window, but our young talents have shown they can fill the void, as evidenced by our increased pace in the game against Ba,” he added, expressing hope for their performance in the next round.
Tailevu Naitasiri will face Rewa at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori at 3pm this Sunday.
