The Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) has announced that the Oinafa Jetty in Rotuma will be closed starting August 7 for repair work. The closure is expected to last for six weeks.
During this period, only side berthing will be permitted as the ramps undergo repairs. Access to the jetty will be restricted to ensure public safety while construction is ongoing.
Advisory signs regarding the jetty closure will be posted prior to the closure, and the public is encouraged to plan their travel accordingly.
