New Permanent Secretary for Prime Minister’s Office Coming Soon!

Public Service Commission Chairperson Luke Rokovada has announced that names have been forwarded to Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka for the selection of a new Permanent Secretary to the Office of the Prime Minister. This comes in the wake of Pita Wise’s unexpected resignation, which was attributed to personal reasons. Rokovada expressed hope that the Prime Minister would reach a decision today in order to appoint the most qualified individual to the position without delay. He also mentioned that an announcement regarding the appointment is expected to be made shortly.
