Bonded students sponsored by the Tertiary Scholarships and Loans Service (TSLS) can now take advantage of new Guarantor Delisting Kiosks at Nadi International Airport. Situated in the International Arrivals Concourse near the baggage claim area, these kiosks enable students to delist their guarantors immediately upon returning from overseas travel.

TSLS Chief Executive Dr. Apisalome Movono emphasized that these two kiosks offer a convenient self-service option for students returning under a “Temporary Travel Release.” According to bond conditions, students traveling outside the country are required to obtain a release letter and designate guarantors, who are placed on the Immigration Stop Departure List during the student’s time abroad.

It is crucial for students to delist their guarantors promptly upon arrival back in the country. The installation of these kiosks simplifies the process, allowing students to avoid the need to visit a TSLS office. The interactive system promises both security and efficiency, enabling users to complete the delisting process in less than two minutes.

By offering this service directly at the airport, TSLS aims to facilitate a quicker and more convenient process, thereby reducing any potential interruptions to the travel plans of the guarantors. This innovation reflects a positive step in enhancing the student experience for those returning home.
