National striker Merrill Nand achieved a remarkable hat-trick as Suva dominated Tailevu Naitasiri with a 5-0 victory in Round 13 of the Digicel Fiji Premier League at the Uprising Sports Centre in Pacific Harbour.
Supporting Nand’s impressive performance, Ni-Vanuatu player Joe Moses and Solomon Islander Jaygrey Sipakana contributed the other goals for Suva, marking their most significant win of the season.
This victory elevates Flick Hygiene Suva to the eighth position in the league standings, placing them level with Nasinu at 12 points but benefiting from a superior goal difference. Meanwhile, Tailevu Naitasiri remains at the bottom of the table with 8 points.
