The cost of a litre of motor spirit will rise by 5 cents, moving from $2.62 to $2.67. Similarly, the price of premix will increase from $2.43 to $2.51 per litre. Kerosene will experience a hike of 7 cents, with the new price at $1.74 per litre, up from $1.67. Diesel will also see an increase, going from $2.18 to $2.27 per litre.

While these price increases may pose challenges for many consumers, it is essential to remain aware of market fluctuations. Energy prices can be influenced by various factors, including global oil prices and supply chain dynamics.

This rise in prices may also serve as a reminder for consumers to explore alternative energy sources or efficiencies in fuel consumption. In the broader context, this could encourage innovations in energy use and promote sustainable practices.
