Former Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum is set to appear at the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) headquarters in Suva this afternoon.
This has been confirmed by both CID officials and Sayed-Khaiyum’s Senior Counsel, Davenesh Sharma.
Sayed-Khaiyum is anticipated to be questioned about a case involving the unlawful carriage of firearms on a flight from Nausori to Labasa Airport on October 8, 2018.
