Fiji’s leading professional boxer, Winston Hill, is poised to compete against Australia’s Lachlan O’Shea this Saturday at the South Pacific Boxing Promotion event, taking place at Prince Charles Park in Nadi.

Hill has dedicated eight weeks to his training and is feeling confident as he approaches the match. “We are ready 110 percent. Training camp has been good, and despite a few setbacks, they have only added to the excitement of the fight,” he commented.

He emphasized the importance of the event, highlighting the opportunity for fans who cannot attend in person to watch the fight from home or overseas. “This event marks a significant advancement for boxing in Fiji, and having three IBO titles featured here is monumental. This is our first time, but it certainly won’t be the last.”
