The Fijian Drua rugby team has announced an exciting new collaboration with the well-known Australian sunglasses brand, Carve. This partnership is made possible through the Drua’s existing relationship with Jack’s of Fiji, which will ensure that all players and staff, both male and female, are outfitted with high-quality Carve sunglasses as they prepare for the 2025 Shop n Save Super Rugby Pacific season.

Shane Hussein, the General Manager of Commercial Operations for Fijian Drua, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership, stating that it strengthens their ongoing successful collaboration with Jack’s of Fiji. He noted that the new sunglasses will enhance the players’ appearance and provide essential protection against the harsh western sun, ensuring their comfort whether they are training or engaging with the community.

Matt Whyte, International Director of White Room, shared his pride in becoming the sunglass sponsor for the Drua teams in 2025. He described Fiji as his second home and expressed his desire to give back to the country he has visited numerous times.

Nikul Khatri, Director of Jack’s of Fiji, highlighted the brand’s commitment to quality and affordability, stating that Carve’s reputation mirrors the values of the Drua brand both in Fiji and internationally.

This partnership not only showcases the growing presence of the Fijian Drua in the global rugby scene but also reflects the positive connections between local and international brands. It’s a win-win situation, providing the team with valuable resources while promoting high-quality products that resonate well with their fans and supporters.

In conclusion, this partnership marks a significant step forward for the Fijian Drua as they align with brands that share similar values, enhancing their performance and brand identity as they look to make a mark in the upcoming rugby season.
