Freddy Chand, promoter of South Pacific Boxing Promotions, has confirmed through his lawyer Roopesh Singh that a judicial review has been filed against the Boxing Commission of Fiji (BCF) following the suspension of his boxing license. Chand’s legal team is challenging what they deem an unlawful, unfair, and unreasonable decision made by the BCF, asserting that it was inconsistent with both the relevant laws and the Constitution of Fiji.
