“Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum to Face Questioning at CID Headquarters”

Former Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum is scheduled to appear at the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) headquarters in Suva this afternoon. This was confirmed by both the CID and Sayed-Khaiyum’s Senior Counsel Davenesh Sharma. Sayed-Khaiyum is anticipated to be questioned regarding a case involving the unlawful carriage of firearms on a flight from Nausori to Labasa Airport on October 8, 2018.
