The bank confirmed that its branches in Suva, Nausori, and Lautoka will open today at 11:00 AM, allowing customers to withdraw cash, with a limit set at $500.

This measure has been introduced to ensure that customers have access to cash while the technical teams work on restoring full service functionality. Currently, the disruption is impacting Westpac’s ATM, EFTPOS, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking services.

The bank’s teams are diligently working to resolve the issues as swiftly as possible and will continuously provide updates on the progress made. Customers in urgent need of assistance are encouraged to reach out to the bank’s customer care team at 132032.
