Mahatma Gandhi Memorial High School celebrated the outstanding achievements of its athletes during the recent 2025 Coca-Cola Games. The school held a festive victory celebration on its premises, attended by family, friends, and sponsors, in recognition of their remarkable performance.
The triumphant athletes secured a total medal haul of 20 gold, 8 silver, and 5 bronze awards, reinforcing their status as back-to-back champions in the girls’ division. Each athlete who won a medal was honored with an appreciation trophy, a certificate, and a cash prize, with cash awards set at $100 for gold, $75 for silver, and $50 for bronze. Additionally, athletes earning multiple medals received corresponding cash awards. Notably, the best athletes at each grade level received $200, while the overall top athlete was rewarded with $500.
Recognition also extended to coaches Antonio Raboiliku and Waleki Satakala for their unwavering commitment to the athletes’ training and overall development.
