Despite the Kingfishers’ efforts, including a converted try and an unconverted try in the second half, they couldn’t close the gap, securing the Raiders’ progression in the competition. Prior to this round, the final standings after the round robin placed the Raiders in fourth position, with 11 matches played, none drawn, three losses, and 22 points accumulated.

The elimination round also saw decisive results from other matches: Navy Albatross defeated Kinoya Sea Eagles 24-6, Namuaniwaqa Sea Eagles triumphed over Serua Dragons 32-8, Nadera Panthers bested Namosi Highlanders 20-12, Ravoravo Rabbitohs won against City Storm 40-16, Saru Dragons beat Nabua Broncos 34-4, and Police Sharks narrowly edged out Burenitu Cowboys 18-16.

The Raiders have shown impressive resilience in the tournament, successfully emerging through tough competition.
