The USA All Stars have successfully reached the semifinals of the 2024 Flick Hygiene Pacific Community Cup after securing a narrow 1-0 victory over Rewa in their final Group B match held at Churchill Park in Lautoka. The American team finished the group stage with an impressive unbeaten record, featuring two wins and a draw.

The decisive goal came just before halftime, when Richard Phelps scored with a stunning 35-yard shot after noticing Rewa’s goalkeeper, Mohammed Alam, off his line. Earlier in the game, Rewa had a chance to take the lead through a penalty, but Tevita Waranaivalu’s attempt was expertly saved by USA goalkeeper Jeremy Zielinski.

In Group B, other teams still in the tournament include Labasa, holding 4 points, and the defending champions, NZFFI Auckland All Stars.
