A 62-year-old man from Sigatoka has tragically become the latest victim of a road traffic incident. According to police reports, the accident occurred around 1 am this morning when the man was driving on Queens Road at Koromumu. His vehicle veered off the road and collided with railings.
A passing motorist noticed the vehicle and stopped to investigate, only to find the driver unresponsive. The man was transported to Sigatoka Hospital, where he was sadly pronounced dead upon arrival.
