During their encounter, law enforcement officers uncovered two clear plastic bags containing a white substance, which is suspected to be methamphetamine.

In a different operation, a Public Service Vehicle driver from Cunningham was arrested after authorities discovered marijuana seedlings in his possession. Following this, a raid on his residence, carried out by the Fiji Dog Detector Unit alongside the Police K-9 Unit, led to the discovery of additional seedlings thought to be marijuana.

The three suspects are currently in police custody as investigations continue.

This incident highlights ongoing efforts by law enforcement to tackle drug-related issues, underscoring the importance of community safety and the proactive measures that authorities are taking to address substance abuse. It is essential for society to support such initiatives, as they are crucial in maintaining the safety and well-being of the community.
