Tailevu Naitasiri has been demoted to the Senior Division following their last-place finish in the Digicel Fiji Premier League. The Sky Blues, who ended the season with only 12 points, required a victory over Lautoka in their final match to avoid relegation. Unfortunately, they lost 2-1, which did not help their situation, as Nasinu, who finished at the bottom, won their match against Nadroga 3-1, securing their safety in ninth place with 15 points. Tavua will take Tailevu Naitasiri’s spot in the Premier Division next season.
