Strict restrictions on live streaming will be enforced during the King’s Boxing Promotion event taking place this Saturday at the Vodafone Arena. Promoter Nahroon Buksh has announced that while attendees are allowed to capture footage for personal use, sharing any fight content on social media or online platforms is strictly monitored. Fans and media are requested to adhere to this policy to respect a Memorandum of Understanding signed with the Fiji Broadcasting Corporation (FBC), which holds exclusive broadcasting rights for the event.

Attendees will have the ability to post their videos the following day, allowing them to share their experiences while still respecting the contractual obligations of the promotion. Buksh emphasized that this is crucial for protecting the interests of both the broadcasters and the integrity of the promotion. Security personnel will be monitoring the event to ensure compliance with these guidelines.

The evening is set to be electrifying, featuring ten professional fights with four titles up for grabs, making it one of the most anticipated boxing events of the year. Local and international fans can access the event through a pay-per-view option on VITI+, with the live viewing priced at $99FJD. Buksh aims to enhance the local boxing scene through this event, following the positive engagement seen at recent matches, indicating a promising future for the sport.

The growing excitement and strong community support for boxing in Fiji are evident, reflecting not only enthusiasm for the sport but also the opportunity for local fighters to showcase their skills on a broader stage.
