Education Minister Aseri Radrodro has urged schools to prioritize the timely and effective utilization of infrastructure grants. Highlighting the risk posed by aging facilities, Radrodro emphasized that school management must adhere to the allocated funding guidelines to address infrastructure needs.
He reminded educational institutions that the Free Education Grants provided in the national budget can be applied flexibly for essential repairs, upgrades, and capital projects. “It is vital that schools develop appropriate plans for the use of these grants, as the responsibility now lies with them to ensure resources are allocated efficiently, effectively, and with a focus on quality,” he stated.
